"We unfortunately ordered the incorrect canopy initially. Upon calling the number to customer service, I was able to obtain the correct canopy number on file from previous ordering. The young lady I spoke with was exceptionally patient with me, answering every question asked to her in a very professional manner. She was very knowledgeable of the company policies and procedures. She actually was so proficient, she was able to order the correct canopy for me while on the phone, which expedited us getting it in a very timely manner. We have used this company since 2010 and would not think of using any other company for our needs. "I received a replacement top for my gazebo from Garden winds on Feb. 26th 2016. I didn't put it up right away because weather wasn't good! From the time I put it up it hasn't lasted a month!!! I paid $149 plus tax and got a little less then a month out of it! 4 of the eyelets have ripped completely out of it and the rest are working on it. It doesn't resist the rain at all and it is suppose to. I'm very disappointed and have lost alot of money for a product I haven't gotten any use out of. DON'T BUY ONE!!!"

"I am unhappy from my RipLock Canopy which I just bought recently. It rained one day after I installed it and the water drain from my canopy like its not their !!! and it was light rain wasn't heavy at all. All my chair cushions got wet I thought my canopy waterprooffffffff which it should.
