Fast shipping and a fine looking product

"I received my shipment exactly when I was told it would arrive. The replacement canopy I ordered looks like much better quality than the original. I have not yet installed it, but as soon as the windy days go away for a while it will be up and getting plenty of good use!"

Beware you will have to this yearly

"Bad product if you have a little win it will rip every time this is my third one. have no choice I paid 500.00 for the hole unit, now I have to buy the canopy every year we have a little win and it rip's. :("

Expert Customer Service

"We unfortunately ordered the incorrect canopy initially. Upon calling the number to customer service, I was able to obtain the correct canopy number on file from previous ordering. The young lady I spoke with was exceptionally patient with me, answering every question asked to her in a very professional manner. She was very knowledgeable of the company policies and procedures. She actually was so proficient, she was able to order the correct canopy for me while on the phone, which expedited us getting it in a very timely manner. We have used this company since 2010 and would not think of using any other company for our needs. The fact that they keep extensive files of ordering habits and are able to assist with ordering is great customer service. Thank you for the professional, knowledgeable, and timely service! Your customer service agents represent your company very well."

"I received a replacement top for my gazebo from Garden winds on Feb. 26th 2016. I didn't put it up right away because weather wasn't good! From the time I put it up it hasn't lasted a month!!! I paid $149 plus tax and got a little less then a month out of it! 4 of the eyelets have ripped completely out of it and the rest are working on it. It doesn't resist the rain at all and it is suppose to. I'm very disappointed and have lost alot of money for a product I haven't gotten any use out of. DON'T BUY ONE!!!"

Unhappy customer

"I am unhappy from my RipLock Canopy which I just bought recently. It rained one day after I installed it and the water drain from my canopy like its not their !!! and it was light rain wasn't heavy at all. All my chair cushions got wet I thought my canopy waterprooffffffff which it should.

Half dead on arrival!

"I have managed to save 1 I think, but the other one still looks very very iffy!. They weren't in enough soil and it was very dry. At nearly the same time I received several plants from White Farms, and there's were very much alive and are thriving.

Swing now like new!

"I was very excited that I could get a new cushion and canopy for my 13 year old swing that I got from Costco. They look great and are comfortable. The items arrived right away. Now I'm going to order the protective cover to keep them nice in the winter."
