"The delivery service was outstanding and reasonably priced. The replacement canopy was for our Costco Arrow gazebo that originally came with very sturdy sunbrella fabric and lasted over 8 years. This canopy is the mid grade quality with rip stop technology and I think this will be an important feature given we live on a hillside that gets a fair amount of wind in the afternoons. I was a bit surprised that the fabric on this replacement was not very thick and was more like a medium weight plastic drop cloth and I wish the information stated what mil it was to do a proper comparison. For $180 with shipping it seems a bit overpriced for the quality and time will tell how long this canopy will last. I would expect it to last at least 2 to 3 years but if not my next choice will be to have it custom made with sunbrella fabric that will last another 8 years. When I read that the cover should be removed if there is a lot of rain and or wind, it told me that this canopy was not the quality I expected. This information should have been disclosed up front in the product information online. The whole reason for having a canopy was to protect us and the furniture from rain and sun. I assumed that the canopy would come with some sort of warranty for a reasonable period of time like 1 year but no such warranty is offered. This leaves me very concerned that this canopy may need to be replaced on a regular basis. I did find with my original Sunbrella canopy that occasionally turning the canopy to limit the direct sun exposure to just one side went a long way to giving it longer useful life. We will do the same with this canopy to try to prolong its useful life as well. The canopy itself is well made and fits perfectly but in my opinion it should have been made with stronger more durable fabric that holds up to the wind and rain for the price. If it only lasts for a year or two then I will not buy any more of these and go for custom made. The entire gazebo only cost $300 and has held up well bolted to our deck."
