"I read a lot of reviews regarding the fit of the Garden Winds Canopy replacements before purchasing were improper fit was noted in many of the reviews. Despite the negative fit reviews I went ahead and purchased what was suppose to be a factory replacement for our Sonoma 2010 Canopy. I was excited when it arrived and tried to put it on that day. The canopy was 4 inches too small. Since I am a DIY person I simply losened all of the attachment poles and drilled new holes. It took awhile to do but now the canopy is on. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new canopy to first look into buying a whole new structure as well. You will find it is more cost effective to get a whole new set. I am disappointed that at $160 they can't make a proper fitting canopy cover replacement. "

"The cost of the replacement canopy for a three persons swing set was more than $70, including shipping. This is way overpriced, especially given the poor quality of the product. It is our second replacement canopy for this swing set. There were no assembly instructions. When I contacted Garden Winds customer service, I got very little help, other than contact the manufacturer or retailer. I contacted customer service at Lowe's, the retailer. There was not enough information available to contact the manufacturer. I received some very brief assembly instructions from Lowe's. They are completely inadequate and incomplete. I am guessing that you have a high return rate on your replacement canopies. It was a terrible customer experience, for us!!"
