"I was surprised that the texture of the material was plastic like instead of cloth like the original. Hopefully it will last as long as my original tarp lasted which was 5+ years although it doesn't seem to be as good of quality as the original."

"Was difficult to get the one we needed as they were out of stock and too high priced so I ordered the one with the double top, way too big....returned it. Why is the one for simple 10x10 from ace with pockets almost double in price. We will purchase a whole new set up for less then replacement. Jon Frees"

"Ordered a replacement canopy with side curtains that I don't need only because the set was showing 2 in stock and the replacement canopy alone was showing out of stock until July(2months away). Waited 10 days thinking it was being shipped. Called to check and was told it was back ordered until July. #1 why did I have to call 10 days after placing the order to find out it was not on the way. You have all my information and did not bother to call me, send me a email or even a postcard in the mail. #2 Why did the website show 2 available when I ordered it and what happened to those 2? I'm Disappointed with the lack of concern and customer service. "

"ordered my canopy may 4th. told it would ship by June 12th. received email stating shipped the 12th. called to confirm on June 17th. not shipped. was told it would take another 5 days. asked the have overnighted due to their error and they denied. since i needed it I paid the extra 32.36 to have it here for a fathers' day celebration. I will never order again! very disappointed."
