Waited 10 days thinking it was being shipped. Called to check and was told it was back ordered until July. #1 why did I have to call 10 days after placing the order to find out it was not on the way. You have all my information and did not bother to call me, send me a email or even a postcard in the mail. #2 Why did the website show 2 available when I ordered it and what happened to those 2? "ordered my canopy may 4th. told it would ship by June 12th. received email stating shipped the 12th. called to confirm on June 17th. not shipped. was told it would take another 5 days. asked the have overnighted due to their error and they denied. since i needed it I paid the extra 32.36 to have it here for a fathers' day celebration.
