"The seller processed an order and billed my credit card for an item.I was e-mailed a confirmation and a time and date of delivery.The following day I was informed that the order had been cancelled by the seller...no explanation.A call to the 1-800 number informed me that "my call was important" and was put in the queue and I would have a wait of 41 minutes...I declined to wait. The following day I received an e-mail informing me that the item was out of stock but a shipment was expected by the end of July and my order was placed on back order,and would be shipped at that time.Once again I declined, and cancelled the order. I placed an order with another on-line vendor and received the item within 5 business days. Very dissatisfied."
"Very nice product which fits perfectly and is nice and snug so rain water falls right off. The wind/rain grommets are properly placed. The ordering was easy and the shipping was reasonably fast with good packaging. So far I'm very happy with it, just curious to see how it holds up to the summer sun and it's fade resistance. It appears to be a much better quality canopy than the original one."
"This order was never SENT!!!!! After waiting for almost 2 weeks I called a Rep and she has now sent me my order under a new #. She was very nice, you would think if you screwed up you would offer a credit or pay the 8.95 shipping charge or something. This is the 3rd one I've ordered from you over the years. They don't hold up very well but your usually good about getting me the stuff. Glad I called or I would still be waiting. "

When I went into the website to order it indicated that there were 3 of my item in stock. When I had heard nothing about shipping after a week I called to ask about details. Was told item was on back order until August. Nothing in the ordering process or online account indicated this. Just the status of in process.
I have since cancelled my order. I would not likely order anything in the future. "

"Pergola canopy appears to have a grease stain of pretty good size on it. I purchased the same canopy 2 years ago for $30 less from this same place and had to actually sew the seam before I could use it since it was not sewn together on one side. Not a happy camper! "
