"I ordered the canopy to replace the original which had ripped after several years of use. We have the original metal frame bolted to our deck. We love this canopy better than the original. It's a lighter shade of color. It fits perfectly! In fact I think it fits better than the original canopy. Three days after setting it up, it had to endure a horrific thunderstorm with high winds and torrential rains that brought down trees in the area. It passed the test! In fact the frame suffered minor damage while the canopy appears brand new with no damage.

The order process was just as great as the canopy. I found the brand and model that we had bought originally, ordered the recommended replacement canopy, and it was delivered as promised. Thank you!

That is an absolute terrible lead time and the summer will be nearly over before I get my canopy. In addition, I was told that I would not be billed until the out of stock canopy actually shipped. My credit card was billed the next day after I ordered it. So, I pay for it now and don't get it for 10 weeks....... what a scam!"
