"I wasn't sure if I purchased the right canopy. I contacted someone via the 800 number. I was asked to send pictures of the frame, which I did & was told that they would try to get back to me by the end of business that day. That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven't received a response. I noticed that the email that I sent autocorrected the attn Charmaine to attn Charlemagne, but it didn't bounce back. I'm sure that someone did/could have looked @ the email. Disappointing at best. "
