"The straps are not long enough that you Velcro together in some places,
My experience it not a true 10 x 10 This will be my third or 4th I have ordered and it to small.
Plus holes are not in the middle where water can leak out so it catchs the water in the middle and then it sags real bad."

"Ordered a new canopy cover for my gazebo from gardenwinds.com, because I was really interested in the rip lock system, about 2.5 weeks ago. Tried to put it up last week and it did not fit. Called and they sent out another figuring it was a manufacturer defect and new one would work.

I received the new one today AND again it DIDN'T fit. I have to return both canopies and they are giving back a full refund, but now I am without a gazebo on my back porch for most of the summer because GardenWinds has nothing else that will work with my gazebo and I checked home depot where I bought the gazebo a few years ago and they are back ordered till mid July. Really, we wanted to use it this year alot! !!!!! "
