"I bought what I thought was a two tone beige cover. It was a pic of the original cover and I’m fine print it said all covers are solid colors. The two tone was actually in the color options-so that’s the one I thought I ordered. When I got my solid beige cover-I thought it was sent in error. I emailed asking if it could be returned and replaced without being charged for shipping. I got a standard email with the return policy and instructions. I called and the person I spoke to was very rude. I asked why the two tone was in the color options if it was not available to buy? No real customer service. Very disappointed. Would not recommend on principal alone."

"The canopy fit way to tight , two of us had to strong arm the canopy and swing frame to fit! It fits like a snare drum!! I don’t think it is going to last to long due to the tight fit, the seems are stressed to the max! "

"After nearly ten years of use our outdoor umbrella needed new fabric. Your replacement is great. Installation was rough and two of the elastic loops ripped. After some hand stitching and a bit of wrestling the new canopy is installed and looks great.

"Great communication and Customer Service. Unfortunately, replacement canopy did not fit. I don’t know if there is an exact replacement for my umbrella. This one was just short by a few inches. 10 x 10 purple leaf purchased from Mayfair. I had to return the product. Hopefully I’ll get my refund less shipping promptly.

"Received the item in time. When installing the canopy, the manufacturer incorrectly spaced out the two eyelets at the end of the canopy. Was not able to install thru the screw to hold canopy in place, and attach the corresponding knob. Sent request for refund to Garden Winds Customer service email on Sep 10. It is now Oct 1, 2023, and still have not heard nor received refund."
