"I am writing to tell you that this was a horrible experience I ordered a red Belden Park three person day swing I ordered a tarp when I ordered the top of the woman I ordered it from said that it wouldn’t be the exact same red but it would be close which I didn’t mind when I got the tarp and when it came in it was burgundy well I said you know what that’s fine too I’ll let her or Aurora trying to put it together was horrible again another bad experience it was off I don’t know by half an inch even an inch and we tried and tried it would not work so I called the company after waiting the weekend and the woman was she was horrible too she just didn’t want to hear it she kept telling me that that is what I am not what I ordered and I said I I think I know what I ordered and I told her you know what it was it was the mainstay Belden Park three person daybed swing set. And I proceeded to tell her and she said that’s not what you ordered and I said yes it is and she said some other name and I have no idea what she’s talking about and then she proceeded to tell me that they only had the mainstay in days and I said no I ordered read and she insisted that they only had it in bj cheese telling me what I ordered and I know what I already know this but I would not have ordered a beige tarp so I just wanna let you know I think Policy is a horrible that’s all she kept saying was this is our policy the sale probably you have to pay to mail it back I said I pay to get it here you sent the wrong one and then I have to pay again to send it back and on top of that if it’s damaged or this or that I wouldn’t get a refund. so we went back-and-forth and I just said I’m sending it back I am at your Policy‘s office is there anyone else I can speak with and she told me that I had to do an email to the manager and I thought well that’s kind of not very good either but anyway having only owning my own business I really would not have talked to someone like she did to me and insisted I was wrong that I ordered something different I just wanna let you know I will never ever order from this company again I do expect my my refund in full and I really can’t say anything else except for your customer service was horrible just like the top the top was not the right one and I’m hoping that this review gets into the right hands and maybe you can do something aboutAbout the situation thank you and have a great day"
"Got my 10x12 I got it put up and the stitching come loose on one of the support pockets and there is a lot of little round holes all over sent a email to them and photos showing this and have not heard back from them. When I call they said I would hear back in 24 hr and it’s way past that now"
