"We have two 10X12 gazebos. We bought them from Big Lots and leave the frames up all winter but remove the canvas coverings. In CA. we can leave the coverings on until Nov. and put them back on in March. We live near Sacramento and hot summer sun takes its toll. This is the third set we've ordered from Garden Winds. Excellent quality. They last two to three years before needing replacing. Price and quality are excellent. We are very satisfied with our gazebo tops ordered from Garden Winds."

"They are the only company that offered a canopy cover for our Gazebo from Big Lots. Despite exact match of model number and quick shipping on their end, the product didn't fit the original frame (short by 2.5"). Planned to return and exchange and realized from reviews that many people had same experience so I realized any exchange wasn't going to fix the problem, they didn't make the cover to the right size. I reached out and requested options and was given a reply by the company on alternate ways to make it work which included unclipping many of the framework support rods and pushing them to reduce the overall size of the frame. When I did this, I was able to get the canopy on and through the help of others was able to pull 6 of 8 rods up enough to at least reattach the screws to the framework (but couldn't get them far enough to actually reclip them back in the place). Two of the corners were unable to be screwed back down, so I used zipties to hold them in their frames. Now that the cover is on, you can see it's not taught at the top on the unclipped sides but the center piece doesn't have any more room to give to help move the cover over further so that's how it will have to stay. It looks pretty good now that it's on, hopefully it stays in place and maybe over time in the sun the material will stretch a little and I can anchor the remaining 2 corners properly. Even the very top canopy piece didn't fit right, was able to get 3 of 4 clips in place on that one and ended up bending my frames just to get that (they had to be rebent and reshaped to fit back in the main frameset afterwards). All they needed was at least 2.5" of additional material and a slight recentering of the main hole and it would have fit great. It shouldn't have been this hard though.... as they're the only game in town, it was maybe better than buying a new gazebo. Time will tell. "
