"There were several versions of the replacement canopy I was to order and I needed answers on a couple of questions. I sent an email and the reply was just about immediate with more detail than expected and cleared up any confusion I had. I placed the order and was beyond surprised when the canopy arrived the next day! (Honestly, we just ordered it to have ready to go in April when the weather is better so there was no rush.)
Fast forward to several weeks later when I realize the box - still unopened - was significantly smaller than the model we had ordered a few years back. (We just happened to be using the box to store other items in the garage.) I sent another email asking if we had the correct canopy and another immediate response came back assuring me it was correct. The email even said they double-checked against other models and asked someone for assurance.
BOTTOM LINE...EVERYTHING about the order and delivery was Top-Notch! Highly Recommend!"
