"I had no problem with customer service person, but she did not have a solution to my problem. I ordered the correct canopy to replace my 3 year old one, but the problem with the new one is it slightly smaller then the old one and could not get it to fit my swing correctly. I let it sit out in the weather for about one week to loosen fabric as instructed by you guys, but it did not work. My options were to send back or call actual manufacturer of canopy. Bottom line is that size of this is to small to fit my frame correctly. I have decided to keep canopy and modify it slightly to make it somewhat fit."
