"After waiting a month to receive my Outdoor canopy swing replacement cushion and spending around $150 for it, after several rains I found that the cushion does not drain water AT ALL. The water soaks into the cushion and just stays there. When I tried to remove the cushion from the swing, it was so heavy I couldn't even lift it. After contacting customer service, I was told I can't return it as it is beyond the 30 day return period (by only around 21 days) and that their product is designed to be water resistant, but we should remove it when it's going to rain. What a disappointing response! The original cushion did not need to be removed every time it rained. I will never do business with this company again. "

"We had a bad Strom in Dallas I purchased a new canopy tarp because the wind and rain ripped the old one, we had put up our unit in June and I was so happy but after I purchased the new canopy another rain storm destroyed the whole unit poles broke apart so I have a new canopy tarp but no canopy. I was shocked the netting poles all fell apart. "
