"This was my second replacement canape order. Very fast shipment from placing order. Good quality product or I wouldn't be ordering for a second time. The canape fits very tight. A little hard to get on. The top vent was especially hard to get on just like the first replacement was. I had to do a little modification on the frame to get it to fit. Overall great fast service and good quality replacement. Would order another replacement when needed in a few years."
"My initial experience was not great. I didn't know who made the Gazebo, or even where it was purchased. They say send some pics and we'll tell you what you need. Got the wrong roof. Reason I'm giving them 5 stars is the return experience. No questions, return label included. If I could I'd have clipped a half star because they 'guessed wrong' on the first one and I still had to pay for the return. But in this time of Covid where everyone seems to think it an excuse for lousy service they did pretty good."
" My gazebo cover came within two days of ordering. I was amazed. Unfortunately it did not fit so I had to send it back. Per their web instructions, they do not pay for return shipping. I sent it back and in the replacement cover they sent me prepaid mailing labels in case it had to be sent back. Why couldn’t they be in the original cover??"

"Our canvas gazebo canopy was shredded in a sudden hail storm. I was saddened as we were to have a family get together outside on Saturday, August 22, 2020.
I found a replacement canopy on your website. I ordered it late on Tuesday night thinking that it would take some time (weeks!) to process.
Imagine my surprise when I received an early morning e-mail on Wednesday saying that the product was shipped. I was even more surprised to receive a notice from UPS to say that the product would be delivered on Friday, August 21. It was!
On Saturday, my family members were able to sit comfortably and bug-free under the canopy.
I want you and your staff to know how impressed I was with Garden Winds! Your customer service is awesome!!!!
