"I order a canopy from gardenwinds every spring. This year the canopy started to tear at the hooks, almost like it was just a little to small. Then we had a MILD rain storm come through and the whole thing just shredded. I had only had it for 4 months. Like I said, I order one every spring and have never had one not last the spring/summer season. I called them but mistakenly mentioned a storm and that was all it took for them to deny warranty even though I said it was tore before the storm, even though I had only had it for 4 months. I simply mentioned weather and they wouldn’t even listen to anything else. I even spoke with a manager but it was no help. "

"I ordered this to replace the gazebo top that was ruined in a storm. I double checked the description, size and picture to make sure this was going to fit. Well, when it came, It didn't fit. I returned it, and made a mistake with the return label, switching it with another item I bought. They let me know they didn't receive their item, and when I explained what happened, they offered to return it to me for $18 so I could send it to the correct company. I felt they should have just returned it back to me, so I could correct my mistake. I consider this poor customer service, in addition to a very cheaply made product."
"Bought this to replace one that only lasted a year. Tryed to install and it was about 2 inches too small. Had to cut all of the canopy bars to get the canopy to fit. Disappointing"

"Seems like a decent product, color is nice & it blocks the hot sun. The material does puddle water every time it rains and it's a pain. Note included to add eyelets for this & take down for storms but who actually does that? (Not us) Seems like for 140 dollars it should be porous material or something? This supplier must have the market cornered & know they can overcharge as we searched more affordable options and reviews were much worse. Good website, you plug in your pergola model & they promptly send an email with a suggested match. Ours arrived 6" too wide so we need to fold it under. Oh well, at least we have shade to sit under."

The replacement was much better made then the original.
I sent in pictures of the frame and they located the replacement for me.
