"I have used this company before with no problems. Quality of our new canopy top is very poor. Top doesn't fit tight so it let's water pool in areas and after just 1 month of being on color has faded. I will use company again but not happy with this new top."

"Rain and wind ripped my canopy the week b4 the 4th of July. Called to order new one and were out of the "best" one like I had. Couldn't wait until Sept for a new one so had to buy the "better" one. Not satisfied with this one ( much lighter material) but had no choice. Hopefully this one will last a while. It actually came the day before the holiday. I was grateful for quick delivery."

"Only choice I know to replace my canopy and it's at least $150 every 2 years. No returning customer discount, or "sorry our product only lasts 2 years". I paid for the ripstop 450 for $150 2 years ago, this year the prices are up and customer service said no price matching or discount to sell me the same canopy for the previous price. So now I got the worst rated canopy for the $150 price, hoping it'll last at least 2 years. The canopy I received will be lucky to last that long since the material is so thin and water can sag the cover in some spots. Their solution? They advise you take the canopy down anytime you'll have moderate rain or wind. I don't know about you, but taking off and putting on is a decent chore for a single person, I like leaving it on for the season. Anyway, maybe after this one goes I'll just invest in a whole new system instead of paying for the legacy support of these outdated canopy's that last a fraction of the time as the original."
