"The first canopy I got wasn’t wind resistant and didn’t last long but then I talked to someone at your company they suggested the wind resistant one. That one I got 6 years out of it. Then I ordered the same one. So far it’s been good. One of the ties broke and I had to see it back on. And one night we had a lot of wind I took it down just to be save. But I love the color it fades a little over the years just wish the ties were stronger. Thanks "
"The description of the canopy received was different from the one that was ordered, thus it did not fit. Customer Service insisted on photos so I sent photos. Their reply was that the canopy sent was the canopy ordered and they would not assist further because I did not have the manufacturing number on a six year old swing. They will allow return but will keep ten dollars for postage. "

Anyway I never thought I would find a replacement. I started looking on Google and when I put in a small model number, a picture of the gazebo appeared!!
I could not believe it. The email address was included so I contacted the company and they emailed me right back with the information I needed to order a replacement. I have not received the covering but I do have a mailing date so I am patiently waiting!! I still can't believe I found the right replacement!!!"
