"The webpage was sometimes awkward to navigate. This was the second time I've ordered from GardenWinds.
I get replacement canopies for an awning/gazebo we love.
Last time we bought "up" and got the 350 aeries.
This time we elected to move up further to the 500 series.
Both were too small to fit the frame.
The 350 did eventually stretch to fit but only lasted a single season. They tore out seams at the frame holder corner pocket (maybe because of the stretching needed to install it).
With the new 500 cover, the fabric was thick enough that there would be no stretching to install.
After 3 days of heat, humidity/ moisture,, stretching and clamping, I was still a solid 3" too short.
I ended up pulling out the saber saw and pulling off caps, cutting off an inch and a quarter, replacing caps and then stretching it into place.
I know there must be tension to make the cover fit properly but too small twice is troublesome.
