"I was sent a defected canopy I called them up they asked me to send them pictures it was so ill fitting that they send me a full refund this is the second time I purchase a canopy first time there was no problem this time I guess it was a different Supplier they were getting the canopies from because it was completely different from the first one I purchased from them a couple of years ago they explain it to me that they can’t guarantee if they send me a replacement that it will fit so they are refunding my money I will definitely use them again when I need a canopy for my new gazebo that I’ll be purchasing this weekend"
