"Garden Winds has great service and I've ordered from them for the past few years with no issues. This year when I ordered the replacement canopy and netting for my Dutch Harbor Gazebo the netting is different. It's a much better quality than in years past but I am disappointed in the color. The canopy is a light beige. The original netting was dark brown with light beige seams to match the canopy. It was a beautiful contrast which really gave the gazebo its appeal. This year with the netting and canopy is the same color and it looks like a big beige ball in the backyard so I will be searching for the original dark brown netting through another vendor. Still highly recommend Garden Winds."

"The gazebo top material is too thin. When you have a heavy rain the water does not roll off the top it collects on all four sided and makes a big water pocket. This will eventually tear the material.

"The replacement canopy does not fit as it is not wide enough. I had ordered the same top over 3-4 years ago through Amazon to replace the original one that came with the frame. This time around I went right to the Tradewinds Company and it just does not fit. If I were to truly stretch this top so that it would fit all four corners it would rip and at $160 dollars it would break my heart. So I have 2 corners and a side post that are “not covered” by the canopy. "

I laughed at this claim and was very skeptical. Buy why not let's give it a try. I sent two or three pictures and within 2 hours this web site told me exactly what make and model my mom had and suggested the replacement. I ordered the replacement. Unbelievable!!! IT FIT PERFECTLY. What a great tool Garden Winds has........Take a picture and send it to them. IT WORKS!!"
