"We ordered two new canopies to replace the ones we had aging on our Garden Winds pagodas. We've done this once before. The last time was just a little challenging because the replacement canopies didn't quite fit and I was forced to modify & cut some of the metalwork to make the new canopy fit. But that was a couple years ago. This time, things went much better. First we were VERY pleased to be able to order from a selection of canopy colors. Last time, the only color available was beige - which after a year fades to kind of a pink'ish color which was 'ok' but not my favorite. The new ones we just ordered are blue and look very nice. They both fit perfectly thanks to the modifications i had made previously to the metalwork. The shipping was fast (only a week or so) and the price can't be beat. Definitely spend a bit more to get the rip-lock quality. It will last longer. And we understand for this price, we'll be doing well to get about 2 years or so out of each rotation. Overall, we're very pleased, so thanks Garden Winds. We will return."

"Customer service was very helpful. Fast shipping. The canopy could of been a little bit larger. Once installed it is a very tight fit. It will take a couple of good people to install it due to it being about 1 1/2 inch short in corner. I had to kind of collapse the frame some to get the canopy on and then extend frame back out. "
