"First cover did not fit. Paid for and ordered another one that the customer service insisted would fit. Currently waiting on refund from the first one. The second one Is on blowing in the wind, did not fit. When I clicked on KMart on the Web page Sears canopies came up. I was told that they were the same. It’s obvious to me by the way this one do not fit they are not the same. Not sure what to do at this point "

"Canopy that I thought had Velcro attachments only had sleeves, so it didn’t work for my swing. It was very thing and had several instructions of things you should do it to post sale to make it better? (Spraying it with something, adding grommet holes to prevent water catches - seemed odd, like they knew it wasn’t good enough??) Dropped it off at UPS last week and haven’t received any email or anything yet re: refund.
Most places send you one as soon as UPS scans it. Waiting to see, but since you asked already..."
"Ordered the beige canopy to replace the old torn worn out canopy at the house we bought in the fall. The replacement is very tight to get on but with for people pulling on it we did it. "

"The canopy is great. The problem is the framework. There isn't enough bars to support the canopy . I put 4 short 2 x 4s
for extra support. This helps with the rain.

"After discovering our original canopy was no longer in production, we were delighted to discover one of the same size, etc. being carried by Garden Winds. We double checked measurements etc. and once our order was placed, it was delivered within a very timely manner. The replacement canopy fits like a glove, was fairly easy to put up and we are now back to enjoying our patio once again. Would definitely shop here again. Thanks."

"Went onto the website,found my gazebo, sent then a note to confirm my finding. Placed the order and within 8 days my replacement canopy arrived. Would use them again, but hope I won't have to.
