"They really should have about 5 more stars on the rating form. Not only did they replace the wrong one that I myself ordered, I had the credit before I received the replacement unit. They really do mean WE WANT IT TO FIT.

According to Garden Winds, I did order the correct canopy, however, the canopy did not fit the existing frame. Canopy was about 6 " short on the one corner. I sent a video and pictures, and they promptly responded to my email and apologized, said they would fully refund my purchase and no need to return the canopy. "
