"I received this review before I've received the products which is never a good thing. I ordered 2 weeks ago - May 16th. I have not received any email confirmation of my order, no indication of expected time of arrival. When I look up my order on line one place shows it to be pending and one shows the order to be in process. I don't mind waiting for items but I need to know the status. The other problem with this order is that I bought the second item because it said it was a buy one get one half off sale but my invoice shows that the discount was only 30%. Why is that?
So I will be calling Garden Winds next week but I would really appreciate more communication from them.

"Sent a picture in and they were able to fit a canopy to my swing without even a written description. Shipping took a little longer than normal but that is to be expected these days. Canopy replacement was easy to put on and looks good. My only concern is that the fabric is not up to California code and contains harmful flame retardant chemicals. "
