Garden Winds' (hereinafter, GW) "claim to fame" is identifying your frame from a photo, and finding the right canopy for it. Not so much, in my case. I told GW that this would be the 3rd canopy I'd ordered from them, and NONE had fit right, and supplied a photo. They told me which one to order (one I was pretty sure I'd ordered before, but they're the experts, right?) and I did so. As stated above, It arrived early. The night before we tried to install it, I got an e-mail from GW asking how I liked it. Here is the last paragraph of my reply, after, once again, it turned out to be TOO SMALL! -
So ... where do we go from here? I actually suggested to my wife that I get my skil-saw & shorten
the corner & side poles somewhat, but for some reason she did not love that idea, and it doesn't
address the problem of the outer corners. I suppose I'll need an RMA, and you guys'll have to find
me the RIGHT canopy.

We apologize that you are having difficulties with your purchase. Based on the photographs you
sent, we have verified that the correct canopy has been purchased. Unfortunately, if this doesn't
fit, we are unable to suggest another replacement. You can simply send this back for full refund
as long as canopy received in good and saleable condition. Your return must be received within
14 days. Please see below return instructions.

"Ordered items May 12, plenty of time for Memorial Day arrival. Kept checking statis over the next 2 weeks, was told order still pending. Tried to cancel, could not. Finally contacted by email with situation and they cancelled.
If there was a problem or delay all they had to do was email me to inform me what was going on.
Any customer service problem should be approached immediately and customer informed as to situation.
to ignore is what infuriates people.
I will not buy from this business due to poor customer handling.
