"We love our screen house and look forward to it going up every May. We have replaced the roof portion once due to wear, and once again we needed to replace it due to rips and tears from wind and rain. Ordered this as the price was reasonable. Received it within the expected time period and went to put it up. Found it to be a little more flexible than the others I've had and had no problems getting the corners and canopy in place. Material looks to have a a grid type reinforcement that I hope will provide some additional tear resistance. Also found the Velcro tabs used to secure it to the cross poles were longer than the others which made it easier to secure.

Very satisfied and look forward to not having to replace this for several years. "
