When I emailed them, they advised it was out of stock. My question is, how can they send an email that it was shipped and afterwards say they are out of stock?? They did reverse the charges on the credit card. Now they are telling me the item will be back in stock in July. "

"The cover was extremely difficult to put on the frame. I called customer support and they said to let it heat up in the sun for a few hours. Not much help. I finally go the cover to go on, but ripped on of the metal grommets in doing so. All and all a bad experience."
"We were quite happy with how soon we received our canopy replacement. Ordering was a breeze. The fit was too tight and we were not able to work all the pockets over onto their respective ribs. Hoping material will stretch over time to allow for all parts to end up where they belong."

"Finding the right top was easy , price was good , actually on sale when I ordered it. Shipped the same day and received it a day earlier than estimated. Only issue is the fit. The new top is quite loose fitting compared to the original. Rain pools on 2 sides of the gazebo top. The original also had this issue but the replacement is quite a bit worse.
