"I ordered a gazebo cover after contacting your office to make sure I had the correct model. The box arrived 6 houses down the road although not your fault. UPS screwed up too. When our kind neighbors delivered our parcel I excitedly opened the box to find a cover that didn't look right but I thought maybe they made a different model for my gazebo. So after struggling to get it up by having to dismantle some of the top bars to get it to fit. I get it up and finally realized it is the wrong cover. I take it off and call your office. Where she will not take my word for it. But makes me put the thing back up again so I can take pictures and show her. Very frustrating. Not impressed. You did finally send another one after a few more pictures of some tags. It arrived today and it looks like the right one. Better job by both you and UPS the second time."
"Our RIPLOCK 350 canopy fit perfectly and snugly. My wife and I installed it in 45 minutes without any problem. We were impressed with the 4 rain drain holes on each side. It has more Velcro attachments than previous canopies. We are very pleased with the fabric quality, design and construction."
