"I’ve ordered this canopy from Garden Winds over the years five different times. They are the only supplier. The previous order a few years ago I had a rep with compassion, she was able to give me free shipping due to the short life of my canopy. This new 2020 order for another new canopy was riddled with problems, my rep had no compassion for the short-lived product not even offering free shipping or veterans discount or any discount. Being at there mercy I placed the order to find out later the company overcharged my state sales tax.
Multiple emails back and forth basically they told me that’s the way it is and no is going to correct it !!! No was willing to look into this bordering on fraud sales tax overcharge. My advice if you can order somewhere else do so."

"I've purchased 6 or 7 replacement Coleman Willow gazebo covers from Garden Winds over the years. Always a perfect fit. Delivery is always very quick. The rip-stop covers last about 1.5 years in Alabama. The covers are expensive, but it's the only place I've been able to find them. I had one replacement cover on hand and ordered 2 more to put on the shelf in my shop. These will probably be my last replacement covers. That gives me 4 or 5 years to come up with a new replacement gazebo!
If your gazebo is not an integral part of a backyard design (mine is mounted to a platform), it would be cheaper to just buy a new gazebo when they go on sale in the fall! "
"This is my second replacement for my gazebo. I ordered the 500 this tile because It was supposed to be thicker. It came and I installed it wothout any problems! It fit perfect !! I’m very pleased with the new cover and now I just want to see if I can get maybe 3 years use from the heavier grade material? "
