"Ordered a new cover for my gazebo as I have in the past with no issues.
This time the cover came appearing as a patchwork quilt.
I ordered a Nutmeg color only I received a cover with more that one color
fabric. One is a very dark brown and the other a much lighter color.
As I indicated before this is my first bad experience with Garden Winds.
I installed it without paying attention to the color till it was finished and I stepped
back and immediately saw the difference. Just a heads up check for the color
you ordered before you install it."

Customer service was great until they told me they can no longer assist me or advise me about other products that will fit my Gazebo when all along they DO Have another product at a lesser price that I actually purchased before. "Had to replace 10' X 13' canopy from gazebo purchased from Menards 5 years ago. Garden Winds version price was 2/3 cost of Menards replacement. GW rip stop fabric looked like a good idea. Canopy was pretty tight getting over the 4 corners but it's on. Comes with elastic and clips sewn into canopy to attach it to frame. Comes with grommets installed for wind pressure relief. Not effective. Also has vent sewn into top like original. But loose and sagged a bit below the frame. Looks like water will spill in from it. "
