I bought my gazebo 7 years ago at Osh, which is no longer in business, and I am glad that I can get the covers at Gardenwinds! The only 'downer' is that it's a bit tight to put on. Takes some muscle. But once it's up, it's amazing and we get lots of compliments every year."

"my canopy was defective the elastic that holds the hook stretched and ripped the canopy was 11 months old i called garden winds and told them what happen they told me to take pictures and send it to them so I did that. The next day they emailed me and told me I was covered they gave me a 75 % credit for my next purchase for the same item that was awsome .I like a company that sticks by there promise. "

The canopy and privacy panels came in together and right on time.
I didn't give 5 stars because of 3 things, all having to do with the privacy panels. One is that you cannot have both the privacy panels and the mosquito netting installed at the same time. I haven't yet found anything that I could add to the gazebo that would enable that.
The second thing is that the panels do not secure to the corners of the gazebo. If the corners were much smaller, then it would work. So, I have had to come up with a way to hold the panel corners against the gazebo. It's not pretty, but it works.
The third thing is that one of the privacy panels was missing a pull tab for the zipper. Also, the stitching on that zipper interfered with the smooth operation. Not a deal killer, but poor quality control."
