"When UPS lost the shipment of my gazebo cover Garden Winds immediately offered to replace it or refund my money. I requested a replacement and within a few days it was delivered. You cannot beat that for service.The replacement canopy was a perfect fit and I had it installed in about one hour. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because their web site is a bit misleading regarding being able to exactly match the replacement cover. I sent in a photo as suggested and provided the manufacturer gazebo part number, and they still insisted they could not guarantee a match without the number on the canopy itself. A canopy which had been shredded by the wind, removed and disposed of. So I took my best guess and got lucky. My original canopy lasted about 18 months. Hopefully this one will last longer. However, at $102, if I have to replace it every couple of years that would be sort of OK."
