"The incorrect color was sent...The color I ordered was a higher price (Approximately $97)...The color that I received was listed at the base price (Approximately $73)...Yet I was charged The higher price...Also, the insert with the cover recommended grommets be added to facilitate drainage and also to remove cover during “bad weather” / rain! Not the quality I was looking for...Also, Price was very high compared to other suppliers ...Returned cover...Ordered from another supplier."

"I bought a off side large patio umbrella from Big Lots several years ago. The original umbrella cloth cover had finally reached its limit and had started to dry rot and tear after all these years. I just knew I would never find another cover to replace it as the frame and mechanisms were all still in good shape, but I did buy it at Big Lots Discount Store many years ago. I didn't give much hope to finding a replacement. Well, I googled and found Garden Winds, and to my surprise they even had Big Lots listed for umbrella replacements, all I had to do was click on it and there was my cover for $92. "The material used for the replacement cover is inferior to the original material, and I don't expect it will last more than one year here in Texas. The material is about the weight of the cheap tents you buy for one camping season. About as thick as good shirting material. It weighs about half what the original cover that lasted about three years. The measurements and construction are excellent and fits perfectly dimensionally. Too bad they went to a cheap material supplier. I expect I will have to replace it again in 2021."
