"I was trying to find a replacement canopy but wanted to make sure I ordered the right one. I sent a photo of my swing as they suggested. After two weeks went by with no response, I sent another photo. Again, no response. I got lucky and the canopy I ordered was the right one. You have to know how to install the new one because there were no installation instructions. It came with a piece of paper telling you about waterproofing it and to add extra grommets for extra strength. Adding extra grommets ended up leaving me with the prepared grommet holes in my canopy only to find out that I can't get the grommets to stay on this type of fabric."
