The old canopy was about three years old, and had suffered from exposure to the sun, wind and rain—it started ripping in several places. I hope that this new fabric does better. "You don't always expect to get very much in the way of after-purchase support for much of what is purchased at the larger stores.

In this case, weather had taken its toll on the shade for our patio swing and it needed to be replaced. All it took was sending a picture to Garden Winds and they responded quickly with info for buying a direct replacement shade.

Once the online purchase was done, the shade showed up within a few days. I really didn't expect priority shipping so that was the icing on the cake.

"I have been in contact with customer service for several weeks. I have been given contradicting information every time I contact them. I ordered the correct fit for my model however was sent a top tier that is too small. Garden Winds shared the dimensions for the top tier with me, the length and width of what I was sent is over an inch too small. After the back and forth for weeks, they blamed their customer instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. They WILL NOT refund you the full price if they send you the wrong size. Awful customer service, do yourself a favor and find your replacement canopy from another company. "
