"Well after a few telephone bouts with the Garden Winds sales person with regard to proper sizes on two of our umbrella canopies, they finally found the correct measurements. Initially, the advertised measurements were for a 11' umbrella canopy only to find out it would only fit a 10', and yes, we gave them the same model number but apparently there was some confusion within their warehouse department. They have since shipped us the two canopies it they seem to have the proper measurements but we have not installed them yet. I will do a follow up review when I attempt to put these two umbrella canopies on the frames......I'll give them a better rating if all goes well....."

"It's the product itself I don't care much for. I wrote a review to them earlier: Canopy comes with instructions for extra steps such as: remove if it rains, add extra grommet holes, spray with fabric guard. I think that the canopy should come with better quality so it doesn't need all that. In addition, it comes with a sleeve for the frame, which my original did not have, it had velcro fasteners, I can't use the sleeves because the frame no longer comes apart due to rust. I have to add the velcro links too. So I'm keeping it but will send it all to junk when I next need a replacement."
