"Customer service was very nice and happy to help over the phone. I also utilized the option to text a photograph of my gazebo to them in order for them to do a visual confirmation of which gazebo cover I needed. They guaranteed the product would fit or else I was told I would get a full refund on my return. When the cover arrived, it was a very tight fit and there were no instructions included with advice on how to best put the cover on the gazebo. I inherited our gazebo when we purchased the house, so having never put a cover on before it was quite challenging. Once we finished installing it, we discovered the ties to help hold the cover down were installed on the wrong side of the canopy (they were on the top of the canopy instead of the under side where the frame makes contact). It was so difficult to put on though, I didn't want to take it down to go through the process of getting a replacement. I wish the tie straps were on the underside, but overall I am happy with the purchase and the canopy looks great. For as hard as I had to pull on the fabric to get it to fit onto my canopy and I didn't have any rips or tears, I expect it will hold up very well in inclement weather. "
