I received my order and have installed the replacement canopy. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the fit and quality of your product. The canopy is much better than the original, with its rip stop fabric and grommets to prevent the rain water from collecting and causing the canopy to sag. It went on much easier than the original too! I am 100% satisfied with your product and give it 5 stars. I will definitely recommend your company to others who need replacements.

"This is the 2nd replacement canopy that I had to purchase from Garden Winds. The 1st time I opted for the mid grade version which only lasted 2 seasons. This time I bought the top line option which is obviously better stitched etc. So... I placed the order and I received an email saying my CC did not go through and I had to call. The person I spoke with was very rude. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day however she shouldn't have given me the bad attitude. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said that she WAS a supervisor. That surprised me because with that attitude, i'm not sure how she could have moved up. "
