"I love my canopy but (1) it rips and each 1-2 years have to buy a replacement and (2) it seems like it almost fits- have to try just too hard to stretch and make it fit. Seems inevitable to rip. Lastly, the wind top is awkward to put on and also seems to need to be forced. Once it’s up, I enjoy it for the season. "
"I own a SunjoyGroup gazebo and couldn’t get a replacement mosquito netting from SunjoyGroup. Thank heavens for GardenWinds! The material is high quality. I accidentally tipped my step ladder over and it scraped against the netting as it fell. I thought the metal ladder was going to tear the netting but it was not damaged at all. I had to buy the 10X12 size since the length on the 10X10 was too short. It still works to keep out the bugs! Now we’re enjoying the outdoors in our backyard every weekend! "

"I received the canopy cover very timely and quick. Shipping box was in very good condition and undamaged. My problem was the cover did not fit. There is a rod on my canopy that would not fit inside the hole sewn into the canopy for the rod to be attached. I tried multiply times to fit the rod into the cover location but without success. The rod fitment location is just too small and would fit a smaller rod, but just not the one provided for my canopy cover."
"I purchased a deck gazebo rectangle shaped from Shop Ko. Which now Shop Ko is going out of business. I searched the internet to find most of the deck size's 10' x 10' and mine was an odd shaped 9' X 11' which works real nice for our deck.
I finally found one with your company and installed this on our gazebo, This fit real good and was very pleased to be able to find a replacement tarp for our gazebo.
