When I contacted them they told my that the color I chose is not even an option it was just there to show what my original cover looked like. Will not buy from them again. Bait and switch. "

"I would have rated this 1 star except I did finally receive my item. 5 unanswered emails were sent as I never received any emails on the purchase, shipping info. When I couldn't find any info on my end, & nobody from garden winds answered my 5 emails, I figured I forgot to click place order. About 20 minutes later my item finally came so I went to their site to cancel the duplicate order and, even though the button to cancel was there, it said I couldn't. Now I have had to watch for a delivery person so I could refuse this package .... and I sent unanswered emails as well. My shopping experience was a great product from a company that felt like I was in a black hole. Very disappointed"
"I received the 3-seat swing canopy quickly but it was a bit too small for the frame. Wish it was a better fit but it will do for now."
"Had no information on what kind of Gazebo I had and couldn't identify it by looking at hundreds of gazebo pictures, so I was exploring the possibility of buying a universal one, until I realized that it was not a corner pocket gazebo canopy. I sent a picture and they came right back with an identification of my gazebo and set me up with one that fits perfectly and is made of the 350 fabric. Very satisfied with the product and their experience and swift action. "
" Have had our swing for many years and the cushion was very flat and uncomfortable after all the use. We had tried to purchase a new one in many stores and online and could not find the product anywhere. Finally, I found Garden Winds online and ordered a replacement that was supposed to be for the Martha Stewart swing we own. The cushion is beautiful and very comfortable. The only negative is the cushion should be about 4" longer to completely cover the seat. However, having said that, it does work and we are happy with it. It came quickly after I ordered it and I would certainly use Garden Winds again."
