The storm damaged the frame to my Garden Treaser Pergola – 350, beyond repair. I called Garden Winds and explained my situation. They were understanding and very helpful. We looked at all the typical places for cushions and these were hands down better quality than your typical home goods retail shops. My only complaint is the seat backs didn't have velcro ties but my wife sewed some on. "
"The gazebo top we purchased are good quality and fit perfectly. But what I figured out over the years is that if you cut off the elastic straps off and you get a high wind. It might blow off but it won't tear it. Fold the ends of the canvas under the rail and used the hook that come with the straps and clamp the fabric down with it. "
"I ordered a 10x10 two tier cover only the top teir was somewhat larger than my original. fortunately I was still able to use the original top cover by unzipping the new one. also the corners did not have a hole for the post to pass through to put the caps on to hold them down?"
"The material was disintegrating on our two off-set umbrellas. We had Red umbrellas but since they were not available I ordered two of the tan. The packages arrived promptly. There are no instruction but it is fairly obvious what need to be done. I installed one in about three hours. The install probably would have been faster if I had a helper. I'm quite happy with the results."
