"The canopy is really hard to get the velcro to match up on the end. Should be an inch to inch and a half longer."
"Called to find canopy and they found a perfect fit. They disappointing part was when it arrived. The canopy had a small spot/stain on it and the color was nowhere near what we thought it should've been. So had to send it back and it basically cost me $20 to find out that it was something we didn't want. This is the reason brick and mortar store will never completely go away, to much expense to find out you don't like an item. They were very helpful in finding a proper fit though. "

"Had problems with insulation. Canopy cover was so tight that it took well over 2 hours for what should have been a simple install. Had to use all of my brute strength to insert cover on final bracket (after multiple attempts) being very concerned with risk of ripping cover. I actually heard stitches popping. The hole in center canopy that needs to install over the smaller top frame was not large enough for clearance of the upper frame causing me to partially disassemble. The canopy top frame that sits on base frame also needed to be partially disassembled to work.
I was very unhappy with the response I received. They had my money, why would they have to satisfy me now?
Customer service was poor and a total waste of my time. They had no willingness to help address my legitimate concerns. I would not recommend this company at all."
