Let it dry and it fit our old 10X12 frame perfectly! It s so easy to get exactly the replacement you need by simply following the online instructions and clicking on the store you originally purchased your item. Make sure you get the style and the size of your existing frame. It was so easy to go up. We do take ours down about the first of November to avoid damage from the winter months here.
