"Ordered online top for grill gazebo, sent them a picture, it came in and I wasn't aware that you had 30 days to return. I waited until my other one was worn out. Went to put on and it was wro,g one. Just called to see if would swap ot, was still brand new and in bag but they wouldn't. $80.00 thrown away, I feel they could of at least swapped out, it was brand new. Said I wouldn't order from them again but found out I went through a website from aldi where I purchased Grill Gazebo, after I ordered 2 more because on back order after I paid for it, realized was with same company. Its going to be their loss because I have a lot of friends that asked me where to get a top and I will not refer this company due to the fact they could care less about customer satisfaction. I paid more for the top than I did the gazebo grill brand new. It was partially my fault due to I didn't know about 30 day return, changed my email address so didn't have email where I sent them pictures. A mistake I will never forget. Its not like they couldn't of sold the top they sent me, I didn't ask for money back just right top, they wouldn't work with me at all."
