So many larger organizations struggle to provide this level of attention even when going to a store physically. "I managed to understand the premise of what needed to be done, but there would have a lot less trepidation if there had been instructions with the product. I also think that it would be a selling feature to state that there are velcro fasteners for stringing lights around the perimeter of the umbrella. That being said, the entire process of removing the old "canopy" and installing the new took less than twenty minutes. Cudos for such a good design. The original canopy lasted about four years before becoming covered with mildew, so that's not a bad ratio of replacement cost to benefit.
