"I have ordered two tops and they don't fit. The first one I ordered was for a ten ft. sq. frame. It was ten foot X ten ft. but I didn't realize that it has a 6 inch over hang at each corner so of course it won't fit. And I ordered some netting to go around it because the corners have a foot extension from each corner with shelves. So I ordered another with an over hang. It came with an overhang but the top is for a 9ft square so 0f course it won't fit either and the material is that cheaper see-thro stuff. So my hubby called but didn't get much help except sent picture. I received no invoices with the tops, so I sent my computer print out when I returned the two tops and the netting. Since Wind Gardens is the only source I've found that has replacement tops, I'm not getting this taken care of before we go on vacation. And we won't be back until after the first of Aug. I hate to have the stuff at usually sets under our canopy left to the weather for the next two weeks."
"So far I am very pleased with replacement. It arrived on time and fit perfectly. I've only had it a week, so it is yet to be determined on how well it holds up. The only thing I don't understand is why they tell you to add more grommets for rain drainage. It does hold all the water and you have to use broom handle to get it off. So they tell you to add more grommets, why didn't they do this when they obviously knew it would be a problem. Other than that issue, I am pleased with replacement at this time."
