"After receiving an opened damaged package from the, the canopy we ordered was way to small. We had no paperwork to return the package. It took over a week sending pictures of our swing hoping to get the right size only getting a reply back stating it was the correct one....how on earth can it be the correct one if it's almost 6inches to small? Then they tell us to mail it back. How can I mail it back without proper paperwork? I again email back stating AGAIN there wasn't any paperwork in the damaged box....your reply back was to send measurements of the box I will send it back in, and you will email me a printable label. I have no printer!!!!! I ordered this off of my smartphone! Now I can't send it back, AND I have a canopy that is useless to me. "
