The shipping date finally comes after waiting 3 months and now i'm told it won't come for another month and a half. Thanks for keeping me hung up waiting for a replacement to ship just to be told mid summer that I won't get it until the end of the summer if that actually happens. No I do not recommend this company. "

"It was a true pleasure to do business with Garden Winds. We purchased a home that had a canopy frame with no cover, make or model anywhere. I ordered a cover on Amazon from Garden Winds that I thought would fit and it did not. Turns out I had a pretty odd frame. I contacted Garden WInds, sent them three pictures of my frame and they sent the perfect cover. All through the process they communicated via email and kept us up to date. "The product was exactly as described, but the shipping was something to be desired. The proper paperwork was not sent from gardenwinds to ups / customs. This resulted in numerous phone calls to ups / customs and gardenwinds. Customs did eventually release the package, but this resulted in about a week and a half delay in receiving the product. I also had to send my receipt and shipping info to customs before it was released. I also spoke with gardenwinds twice on the phone. Both times they said they would contact ups and phone me back. Neither time did I get a call back."
"Our canopy is on the west side of our house so it takes a beating summer/winter. We use it to shade our sliding door. It gives great protection keeping our dogs out of the elements. This is my third canopy and will continue to buy more. "

"I ordered 2 canopies and 1 set of curtains for my gazebo. Two years ago, I ordered a canopy and it was fine; better than the original.
This time the canopies were the same material as the last, but the tie-downs had an elastic strap half the size of previous causing the hooks to go sideways resulting in small puckers around the periphery - not that bad, but annoying none-the-less.
The curtains we got were CRAP - totally. The material and zippers were at last 1/3 weight of the originals. PLUS! The tie-backs were installed BACKWARDS. Several emails to their 'support' desk yielded nothing indicating what I was talking about - I sent two emails with photos of the problems; their response...."if you are dissatisfied with the curtains, just send them back" - with their little set of rules on how to do it. No mention of getting some decent curtains. My wife liked the color match with the top and we didn't want the hassle of returning them and possibly not getting our shipping costs reimbursed. Now we'll have to figure out how to reverse the tie backs or cover them with something. Sad!"
