"Received a e-mail on Friday July 6th that my packaged had been shipped. When I went to track my order it only said the shipping lable had been done, but I should recive it on Friday July 13th. On Monday I was still being told about the lable and the delivery date had changed to Monday July 16th. Finally on Tuesday I found out that my package finally was on it's way. Last on Wenesday I was told that it should hit either Indianapolis, or some where in Illinois; some time Thursday night and I would be able to track it on Friday.
Cannot tell you about the quality of the item that I ordered because I don't have it yet. Plus if it does not come on Monday I won't know fro a long time as I am going out of town fro an extended stay. So I will not be able to examine it until sometime in August."
"I wasn't sure which replacement cover to order for my patio swing, Garden Winds replied back to me via text and told me to take a picture and to send measurements, so I took a picture of my measurements and texted the info, they sent the correct cover and I was VERY happy!

"My experience was very professional however, I ran into the same problem with my replacement canopy being to big so it’s a little baggy. My frame is a 10x10 but I think maybe it’s not true? A little disappointed the canopy doesn’t fit however customer service was great! "
